Dr. Keke Liu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his medical degree from the University of Hawaii before completing his residency at Duke University School of Medicine, where he held several leadership roles.
Throughout his career, Dr. Liu has earned numerous accolades, including the ASCRS Resident Excellence Award and completion of the Foundation Medical Student Eye Research Fellowship. He has also been recognized by Research to Prevent Blindness/Allergan and maintains active membership in both the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
Dr. Liu is deeply committed to collaborative, respectful care. He believes in caring for his patients, his staff, and himself—championing a culture of teamwork and respect to provide the best possible outcomes for every patient.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Liu can be found playing pickleball, cooking authentic Hawaiian cuisine, and spending quality time with his family.
